T Selection | 2015 Shiraz Grenache
Made from 60% Shiraz and 40% Grenache grapes that were grown and manually harvested in Haruach Vineyard in Merom Golan.
The wine aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. Characterized by black pepper, red fruit and orange zest flavors. The citrus flavors of the young Grenache makes the full bodied Shiraz wine crispier and complex.
Fermentation with the skins for two weeks at relatively low fermentation temperatures.
The punching down method was used every four hours for maximum flavor and color extraction.
This was followed by malolectic fermentation in French oak barrels and 14 months of aging in used barrels.
