Our luxury label, offering hand made wines of the highest quality, individually selected for a series of exclusive numbered bottles.
Produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes, harvested manually from Haruach vineyard, Merom Golan. Fresh, aromatic and intense, with flavors of citrus and spice.
The Chardonnay wine fermented its 2nd fermentation in the bottle, aging 3 years on the yeast’s sediments.
When the day has come, the riddling stage began, a gentle shake to the bottle followed by turning it on it’s pivot every 3rd day.
Once the wine became crystal clear, The disgorging took place: Freezing of the bottle’s neck at minus 30 degrees Celsius, release of the yeasts and replacement of the temporary cap with a proper cork one.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot grapes. The varieties demonstrated extraordinary quality during the initial process and continued to develop beautifully while aging in oak barrels.
The grapes were manually harvested in the Golan Heights and the Jerusalem Hills.
The wine has concentrated raspberry and chocolate flavors and releases a full gamut of aromas and flavors, including those of plums, black olives and citrus peels.
The wine aged for 24 months in French oak barrels.

Made from 100% from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Haruach Vineyard, Merom golan, Upper Galilee and Jerusalem Hills. The wine is aged for 8 months in French oak barrels. This is an elegant wine, with lemon, jasmine and honey tones. a full body, refreshing acidity and a long finish.
