Made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes grown in the Nana Vineyard in Mitzpeh Ramon. This soil is homogeneous and porous, and found near the edge of the Ramon Crater.

The wine aged for three months in french oak barrels.

Made from 100% from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Golan Heights and the Jerusalem hills area. The wine is aged for 4 months in French oak barrels. A mineral and sharp wine, with citrus notes and light tropical touch.

MATAR WHITES | 2019 Chardonnay

Made from 90% Grenache and 10% Counoise grapes.

The grapes were grown and harvested manually at the Upper Galilee.

This light-bodied, fresh and clean wine is characterized by aromas and flavors of red grapefruit, raspberries and spring blossom.

MATAR WHITES | 2019 Rose

A blend of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc. Grapes were harvested in the Upper Galilee and the Jerusalem Hills. The wine aged for 14 months in french oak barrels.

This wine is elegant and impressive, characterized by black-currant, green pepper and spice.

A wine merging Cabernet Sauvignon (44%), Shiraz (44%) Petit Verdot (6%) and Cabernet Franc (6%) from grapes grown in the Golan Heights, the Upper Galilee, and the Jerusalem Hills. This wine’s varieties give it its full, impressive and powerful body.

The wine aged For 30 months in french oak barrels, and is characterized by plum, coffee and black pepper tones. This wine is distinctly elegant and complex with a long finish, and a long aging life.

Made from 100% Sémillon grapes. Grapes are grown harvested manually in the Golan Heights.
The wine aged for 3 months in French oak barrels.
A full-bodied wine with the complexity of lemon, mocha and butter aromas and flavors.
Has a highly astringent and lingering finish.

Made from 60% Shiraz and 40% Grenache grapes that were grown and manually harvested in in the north of the Golan Heights.
The wine aged for 16 months in French oak barrels. Characterized by aromas and flavor of citrus, cocoa, wood and pecan.

Made from 100% Shiraz grapes, grown in the northern Golan Heights and manually harvested.
The wine aged for 18 months in French and American oak barrels.

Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes harvested manually in a select vineyard in the northern Golan Heights, which is the optimal region in Israel for cultivating this grape variety. The wine aged for 14 months in French oak barrels.

The wine is characterized by aromas and flavors of dried fruit, figs and plums and has a long soft finish.

Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, harvested manually in a selected vineyard in the northern Golan Heights. The wine aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. This is a full-bodied, balanced and elegant wine, characterized by aromas and flavors of cinnamon, chopped grass, cocoa and cranberries.

Made from 100% Cabernet Franc grapes harvested manually in Haruach Vinyard, Merom Golan.
The wine was aged for 20 months in French oak barrels.
It is characterized by bell pepper, white pepper, pecan and tobacco. This is a full bodied and earthy, with a unique finish.
