How To Make

DRY MARTINI

Made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes grown in the Nana Vineyard in Mitzpeh Ramon. This soil is homogeneous and porous, and found near the edge of the Ramon Crater.

The wine aged for three months in french oak barrels.

Delicate wine, rich in aromas and palate, with tones of jasmine, dried apricot and blossom. finish.

A blend of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc. Grapes were harvested in the Upper Galilee and the Jerusalem Hills. The wine aged for 14 months in french oak barrels.

Our flagship wine.

A wine merging Cabernet Sauvignon (44%), Shiraz (44%) Petit Verdot (6%) and Cabernet Franc (6%) from grapes grown in the Golan Heights, the Upper Galilee, and the Jerusalem Hills. This wine’s varieties give it its full, impressive and powerful body.

The wine aged For 30 months in french oak barrels, and is characterized by plum, coffee and black pepper tones.  This wine is distinctly elegant and complex with a long finish, and a long aging life.

Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes harvested manually in a select vineyard in the northern Golan Heights, which is the optimal region in Israel for cultivating this grape variety. The wine aged for 14 months in French oak barrels.

The wine is characterized by aromas and flavors of dried fruit, figs and plums and has a long soft finish.
