Made from 80% Sauvignon Blanc grapes and 20% Semillon grapes. The grapes are grown and harvested manually in the Golan Heights.
This is a sharp, slightly acidic and herbaceous wine, characterized by aromas of flower blossom and citrus. The Sauvignon Blanc brings with it a touch of tropics and vegetation, while the Semillon adds complexity and depth.
MATAR WHITES | 2017 Sauvignon Blanc Semillon
Made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes grown in the Nana Vineyard in Mitzpeh Ramon. This soil is homogenous and porous, and found near the edge of the Ramon Crater.
A third of the wine amount was aged for three months in french oak barrels.
Delicate wine, rich in aromas and palate, with tones of citrus, apricot and butter, and a clear, refreshing finish.
MATAR WHITES | 2017 Chenin Blanc
A blend of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc. Grapes were harvested in the Golan Heights and the Jerusalem Hills. The wine aged for 14 months in french oak barrels.
This wine is elegant and impressive, characterized by black-currant, green pepper and spiced.

A wine merging Cabernet Sauvignon (44%), Shiraz (44%) Petit Verdot (6%) and Cabernet Franc (6%) from grapes grown in the Golan Heights, the Upper Galilee, and the Jerusalem Hills. This wine’s varieties give it its full, impressive and powerful body.
The wine aged For 30 months in french oak barrels, and is characterized by plum, coffee and black pepper tones. This wine is distinctly elegant and complex with a long finish, and a long aging life.
