Pelter Series | 2018 Sauvignon Blanc
Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes harvested in the upper Galilee and the Golan Heights. The harvest is manual.
The wine is characterized by lime and fresh grass flavors. with high acidity and a crisp finish.
The grapes underwent whole bunch pressing, a unique method used for minimal contact with the skins.
They were then fermented for about three weeks at 12.5-13.5°C.
Racking was followed by cold and heat stabilization and filtration (0.45 microns) before bottling.
A total of three months in a stainless steel tank.

PELTER SERIES | 2018 Unwooded Chardonnay
Made from 80% Sauvignon Blanc grapes and 20% Semillon grapes. The grapes are grown and harvested manually in the Golan Heights.
This is a sharp, slightly acidic and herbaceous wine, characterized by aromas of flower blossom and citrus. The Sauvignon Blanc brings with it a touch of tropics and vegetation, while the Semillon adds complexity and depth.
