| 2013 Barbera

Made from 100% Barbera grapes grown and manually harvested in Upper Galilee vinyards.
The wine was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
An intense wine with the complexity of cherry, mint and anise flavors and aromas.
Medium bodied with a deep hue, with predominant acidity and a long finish.


Three months of fermentation followed by six months ageing in large (500 liters), old barrels.
The wine was then transferred for further ageing into small (225 liters) French oak barrels, which contributed to its deep color and range of aromas and flavors.
