| 2016 Shiraz Grenache

Made from 60% Shiraz and 40% Grenache grapes that were grown and manually harvested in in the north of the Golan Heights.
The wine aged for 16 months in French oak barrels. Characterized by aromas and flavor of citrus, cocoa, wood and pecan.

Manufacturing

Fermentation with the skins for two weeks at relatively low fermentation temperatures.
The punching down method was used every four hours for maximum flavor and color extraction.
This was followed by malolectic fermentation in French oak barrels and 14 months of aging in used barrels.
