Made from 100% Barbera grapes, grown and manually harvested in the Upper Galilee.
The wine was aged for 15 months in French oak barrels.
Characterized by aromas and flavors of red fruit, raspberries and light spice.
The wine has balanced acidity and a long pleasant finish.
Three months of fermentation followed by six months ageing in large (500 liters), old barrels.
The wine was then transferred for further ageing into small (225 liters) French oak barrels, which contributed to its deep color and range of aromas and flavors.

The wine has concentrated raspberry and chocolate flavors and releases a full gamut of aromas and flavors, including those of plums, black olives and citrus peels.

Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes harvested manually in a select vineyard in the northern Golan Heights, which is the optimal region in Israel for cultivating this grape variety. The wine aged for 14 months in French oak barrels.
The wine is characterized by aromas and flavors of dried fruit, figs and plums and has a long soft finish.
