| 2016 Cabernet Franc

Made from 100% Cabernet Franc  grapes harvested manually in Haruach Vinyard, Merom Golan.
The wine was aged for 20 months in French oak barrels.
It is characterized by bell pepper, white pepper, pecan and tobacco. This is a full bodied and earthy, with a unique finish.


Fermentation with the skins for two weeks at relatively low fermentation temperatures.
The punching down method was used every four hours for maximum flavor and color extraction.
This was followed by malolectic fermentation in French oak barrels.

Alc: 14.6%
