Made from 80% Sauvignon Blanc grapes and 20% Semillon grapes. The grapes are grown and harvested manually in the Golan Heights.
This is a sharp, slightly acidic and herbaceous wine, characterized by aromas of flower blossom and citrus. The Sauvignon Blanc brings with it a touch of tropics and vegetation, while the Semillon adds complexity and depth.

Made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes grown in the Nana Vineyard in Mitzpeh Ramon. This soil is homogenous and porous, and found near the edge of the Ramon Crater.
A third of the wine amount was aged for three months in french oak barrels.
Delicate wine, rich in aromas and palate, with tones of citrus, apricot and butter, and a clear, refreshing finish.

Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown and manually harvested in the Golan Heights and in the Jerusalem Hills. The use of grapes from two vineyard plots creates an interesting blend of tropical and mineral flavors. The wine is characterized by guava, almond, tropic flavors and a long soft finish.
