| 2016 Chenin Blanc

Made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes grown in the Nana Vineyard in Mitzpeh Ramon, on Loess silt with small amounts of clay and sand.  This soil is homogenous and porous, and found near the edge of the Ramon Crater. The temperature range and wilderness dryness produce a long maturation period, which reinforces the quality taste of this variety. Delicate wine, rich in aromas and palate, with tones of citrus, apricot and butter, and a clear, refreshing finish.

One third of the Chenin Blanc wine is aged in wood barrels for three months. The wine did not undergo malolactic fermentation and will continue to age in the bottle for several years.

Alc: 13.1%
