Pelter Series | 2019 Gewurztraminer
Semi-dry wine produced from 100% Gewurztraminer grapes.
The grapes are sourced from vineyards in the Upper Galilee and the Jerusalem Hills and harvested manually.
Characterized by tropical and citrus notes as litchi and pomelo. A mineral and balanced wine with an implicit sweetness.
Upper Galilee and Jerusalem Hills area
Fermentation for four months at 12.5-13°C
Racking was followed by cold and heat stabilization and filtration (0.45 microns) before bottling.
A total of three months in a stainless steel tank.

Produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown and manually harvested in the Golan Heights and in the Mitzpe Ramon. The use of grapes from two vineyard plots creates an interesting blend of tropical and mineral flavors. The wine is characterized by guava, almond, tropic flavors and a long soft finish.
