Our Flagship wine. Produced only for selected vintages.
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot grapes. The varieties demonstrated extraordinary quality during the initial process and continued to develop beautifully while aging in oak barrels.
The grapes were manually harvested in the Golan Heights and the Jerusalem Hills.
The wine has concentrated raspberry and chocolate flavors and releases a full gamut of aromas and flavors, including those of plums, black olives and citrus peels.
The wine aged for 24 months in French oak barrels.
Fermentation with the skins for two weeks at relatively low fermentation temperatures. The punching down method was used every four hours for maximum flavor and color extraction. This was followed by malolectic fermentation in French oak barrels and 24 months of aging in new barrels.

Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, harvested manually in a selected vineyard in the northern Golan Heights. The wine aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. It is a full-bodied, balanced and elegant wine with plum, black olive and thyme flavors. smooth, lingering finish.
