| Pelter I 2013

Our Flagship wine. Produced only for selected vintages.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot grapes. The varieties demonstrated extraordinary quality during the initial process and continued to develop beautifully while aging in oak barrels.
The grapes were manually harvested in the Golan Heights and the Jerusalem Hills.
The wine has concentrated raspberry and chocolate flavors and releases a full gamut of aromas and flavors, including those of plums, black olives and citrus peels.
The wine aged for 30 months in French oak barrels.

Fermentation with the skins for two weeks at relatively low fermentation temperatures. The punching down method was used every four hours for maximum flavor and color extraction. This was followed by malolectic fermentation in French oak barrels.

Alc: 14.1%
