T Selection | 2016 Pinot Noir
Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes harvested manually in a select vineyard in the northern Golan Heights, which is the optimal region in Israel for cultivating this grape variety. The wine aged for 14 months in French oak barrels.
The wine is characterized by aromas and flavors of dried fruit, figs and plums and has a long soft finish.
The grapes were macerated for two weeks at a relatively low temperature and punched down every four hours for maximum extraction. This was followed by malolectic fermentation in French oak barrels.

The wine aged for 20 months in French oak barrels.
Characterized by aromas of pomegranate, cherry and respberries. An elegant and balanced wine, mid-full body and a long finish.
