| 2018 Rose

The wine is made from 65% Grenache, 25% Cinsault grapes and 10% Counoise grapes.

The grapes were grown and manually harvested  from vineyards in the Upper Galilee.

This  wine is characterized by red grapefruit, strawberry and citrus notes. The finish is long and soft.


Upper Galilee.


The grapes soak with the skins for 12 hours.

They undergo 4 weeks of fermentation at 12°C.

After racking, the wine undergoes hot and cold stabilization and 0.45 micron filtration before bottling.

A total of three months in a stainless steel container.

Alc. : 12.5%
