Pelter Series | 2019 Rose
Produced from 80% Grenache, 15% Cinsault grapes and 5% Counoise grapes.
The grapes were grown and manually harvested from vineyards in the Upper Galilee.
This wine is characterized by red grapefruit, strawberry and citrus notes. The finish is long and soft.
The grapes soak with the skins for 12 hours.
They undergo 4 weeks of fermentation at 12°C.
After racking, the wine undergoes hot and cold stabilization and 0.45 micron filtration before bottling.
A total of three months in a stainless steel container.

Produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown and manually harvested in the Golan Heights and in the Mitzpe Ramon. The use of grapes from two vineyard plots creates an interesting blend of tropical and mineral flavors. The wine is characterized by guava, almond, tropic flavors and a long soft finish.
