MATAR WHITES | 2018 Rose
Made from 85% Grenache and 15% Counoise grapes.
The grapes were grown and harvested manually at the Upper Galilee.
This light-bodied, fresh and clean wine is characterized by aromas and flavors of red grapefruit, raspberries and spring blossom.
The grapes soak with the skins for 12 hours.
They undergo 4 weeks of fermentation at 12°C.
After racking, the wine undergoes hot and cold stabilization and 0.45 micron filtration before bottling.
A total of six months in a stainless steel container.

Made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes grown in the Nana Vineyard in Mitzpeh Ramon. This soil is homogenous and porous, and found near the edge of the Ramon Crater.
A third of the wine amount was aged for three months in french oak barrels.
Delicate wine, rich in aromas and palate, with tones of citrus, apricot and butter, and a clear, refreshing finish.
MATAR WHITES | 2017 Chenin Blanc
Made from 80% Sauvignon Blanc grapes and 20% Semillon grapes. The grapes are grown and harvested manually in the Golan Heights.
This is a sharp, slightly acidic and herbaceous wine, characterized by aromas of flower blossom and citrus. The Sauvignon Blanc brings with it a touch of tropics and vegetation, while the Semillon adds complexity and depth.
