MATAR WHITES | 2019 Sauvignon Blanc Semillon
A blend of 85% Sauvignon blanc and 15% of Semillon grapes.
The origin of the grapes is the Golan Heights and the Upper Galilee. Manual harvest.
Characterized by lemony – Flowery aromas and flavors.
A sharp, crisp and fresh wine.
Golan Heights and Upper Galilee
The grapes are pressed using “whole bunch press”, this way there is limited contact with the gapes skin.
Fermentation for 3 weeks at 12.5-13°C
Racking was followed by cold and heat stabilization and filtration (0.45 microns) before bottling.
A total of three months in a stainless steel tank.

PELTER SERIES | 2019 Gewurztraminer
Produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown and manually harvested in the Golan Heights and in the Mitzpe Ramon. The use of grapes from two vineyard plots creates an interesting blend of tropical and mineral flavors. The wine is characterized by guava, almond, tropic flavors and a long soft finish.
