| 2016 Trio

Made from 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc grown and manually harvested in the Upper Galilee and  in Haruach Vineyard,  Merom Golan. The wine aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. The wine is characterized by red cherry, coffee, pecan and bell peper. Full body and a long finish.


Fermentation for two weeks with the skins at relatively low fermentation temperatures. The punching down method was used every four hours for maximum flavor and color extraction.
This was followed by malolectic fermentation in French oak barrels.
