| Trio 2017

Made from 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc grown and manually harvested in the Upper Galilee and  in the Golan Heights. The wine aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. The wine is characterized by red fruit, green pepper and white almond.  Full bodied with a long lingering finish.

Manufacturing

Fermentation for two weeks with the skins at relatively low fermentation temperatures. The punching down method was used every four hours for maximum flavor and color extraction.
This was followed by malolectic fermentation in French oak barrels.
